    He seems like a beast of a player!! Hopefully we'll be using him a lot next season, stick the lad on the bench definitely!

    Him and Cabaye were the two that impressed me the most against Darlington.

    Abeid overall though has been the most impressive pre-season, was expecting more from Vuckic though, I dont think the lad will cut the mustard if I'm honest.

    Anyone else find it weird though how he had practically no first team breakout at a relegated Lens side?

    Surely if he's good enough to even make the bench for us *big head snobbery* he's good enough for them...

    Sometimes a lot of clubs dont realise the talent they have until its too late, I mean we nearly sold Carroll for 1 million when we were relegated I think I remember hearing, imagine that!

    This could happen with Vuckic though, if he gets time this season, we'll see what he can do, only then will I judge him to be good enough or not.

    I think Vuckic could do with a good old loan move. Maybe for half a season in the championship then we could bring him back match fit and try him out top level.

    Probably wouldnt have enough to pay Alan Smith's atronomical wages either <wah>

    Very fair point, he definitely deserves more time before hes given up on <ok>

    wasn't impressed with him myself last season and it might seem like i'm sticking up for the lad but he had a bad injury last year and i'll wait to see how he goes

    I don't wish to be a party pooper here, but Tiote has been ****e in pre-season, and is basically ****e in every game that has no significance outside the PL. He was **** in the Stevenage game and got sent off. He's **** in the friendlies.

    Abeid looks like a good player. He was good in the Darlington friendly, but if he was really that good then his team in the French league would have given him a game. He spent all his time in the B side.

    Sorry :S Just pointing out facts.
