Whoever said Clasie didn't deserve a yellow was wrong. He pulled him back!

 

That was me, and I agree, it was deserved on a second viewing. Cork kicking Targett in the face (which wasn't shown on MOTD) definitely deserved something too though.

I'm torn here....want Leicester to win title, but have always liked Arsenal (apart from the obvious games).

 

I've liked Arsenal since the Henry and Bergkamp days. Loved watching them play - when they weren't playing Saints of course.

 

The point wasn't that Clasie didn't deserve the yellow, it was that the ref had allowed a Swansea player to do just the same a couple of minutes earlier without any punishment. Also, see if you can find Romeu's yellow, because the other player gets there first and his follow through takes him into Romeu - who did nothing at all. Romeu's never a yellow - Clasie a victim of sporadic enforcement.

Also, Cork could have had a straight red for the pre-meditated kick to Targett's face. Would have been a little harsh, maybe, but why no yellow? Especially as he did it again later!

 

This is going to be a cracking 6 hours of sport.

Putting price (potentially) aside, I fail to see why any of the big boys would want Wanyama rather than Kante. More mobile, cleaner tackler, doesn't seem to take risks in possession.

 

That little moment a few minutes ago when he nicked it off Samchez and kept it while surrounded by goners, summed him up perfectly.

Yes it was.

 

Soft. The attempt by Monteal didn't touch Vardy, so he threw his left leg into the defender. Can't blame the referee but Vardy has conned that.

 

It looked stonewall in real time. Agree, soft when looking at the replay. But if I saw that in a game I was refereeing I would have pointed straight to the spot.
