Do you remember that post I made earlier in the week where I suggested that Cellino would start some diversionary attack legal process to deflect from our lack of progress and his maladministration?

The only interesting snippet in there is how it was him that meant the changed schedule for the Boro game wasn't announced weeks earlier than it was when he started litigation (which he lost) meaning the date couldn't be made public. Hope he is compensating all those his stupidity has cost.

Let me tell you how this one ends. The fl will say we can negotiate our own tv deal as soon as we leave the FL. At that point Cellino will climb down. How do I know this..... Simples..... That's what already happened and that's why we are on tele tomorrow night.

For a bloke who gets so much practice Cellino is ****e at this legally binding contract stuff.

Don't blame Cellino for the FL moving the Boro game so late. They knew about the legal action & could easily have insisted that Sky show an alternative match on the Monday. THEY chose to do it. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO. Serious mis-management on their part. What would have happened if the legal action continued to June. Would they have insisted the match be played then, just so it could be shown on the telly? I think not - either another game would have been shown, or none at all. This was a political move by Harvey to attack Cellino. Completely unnecessary & malicious IMO.

Bollocks..... We are a member of the football league and for good or bad we agreed to abide by the tv contract. Cellino has two choices abide by the collective agreement or negociate a separate deal and leave the fl.

He has picked this fight to distract from his maladministration, pie tax to punish the fans/steal more money from the club, and pocketing the Byram cash.........

It's you that's sounding like a madman these days. Time for a chill pill.

The basis of his argument is very sound - how can you comply with a contract when you're not allowed to see it? <doh>

Because you have signed up to it by been in the fl..,. Collective agreements for tv rights work well certainly better than the Everyman for himself ****e they have in Spain..... You made the argument before and it was flawed then and it still is..... He won't fight cos he can't win.,,,, it's s distraction argument.

We'll see. But if everything is so definite, why is everyone relying on untruths & fairy stories in the press? The fact that no rentagob Chairman (who was at, or was represented at the meeting) has been quoted to support the story. They always fall over themselves to get at us, as we know from past actions. But on this occasion,
not ... one ... single ...word. The silence form them is deafening & supports the club statement.

Disagree, guys a fool, collective bargaining on TV rights is what keeps the leagues competitive, unlike Spain, France, Germany, Scotland etc, where it's generally a two horse race if you're lucky and why English football sells around the world. He's too stupid to realise that if you break that other countries don't want the product so the money drops.
Does he really think the whole world is sitting out there just to watch Leeds united at the moment? What a complete knob he is if so <doh>

    Spot on

Through the TV deal, Leeds have earned £1.7m from the FL Distribution pot, £2.3m from the PL Solidarity payment plus the £100k per home match

So, including tomorrow, you'll have received exaxtly £4.5m from TV money this season for 5 televised home matches. Considering the ****e on display he's got Fook all to complain about really <ok>
