No. UEFA changed the entry criteria. If the CL winners don't qualify via the league, the association gets 5 spots (the max allowed now) However. If Chelsea won the CL and either Utd or Liverpool won the Europa (and both were outside the top4), 4th place would miss out and be put into the Europa. The top4 will want Chelsea out of the CL for peace of mind!
