1. It keeps the derbies 2. It's great for the region 3. Better for the fans to have away days at Sunderland and Boro rather than Bournemouth or Norwich 4. Makes the rivalry more intense 5. Did I mention the derbies????
Because the derbies have been so much fun for us recently right? I want mackems to go down to league 2 and do a pompey. If only to teach them humility.
....and you want that to be how the derbies end??? They'd be on 6 in a row forever!! We're in a bad spell with the derbies. We've had more than our fair share of good spells too. You take the bad with the good.
Haha if you can't beat them pick the ball up and storm home to mommy. Man up and just get behind your team in the Derby. And if you win I'll remind you that none of that matters because you were too scared of getting beat again hahaha love it
Swap them all for safety this year and to see if Sam could clear out the rest of the crap at the club mate
Sunderland winning was predictable. Their comeback against Liverpool left them with wind in the sails and no Schteve to steal away the momentum with some genius tactical tinkering. It would be good if NUFC and SAFC can both somehow scrape clear of this and remain Premier League teams next season, but I'd prefer Sunderland to leave it later so NUFC can pull away first! Bournemouth are worth keeping an eye on as their run in is particularly horrible. Everton should be back level vs West Brom. Hopefully they put some of their chances away in the 2nd half.
