Clear from court today he's on his way to being guilty of causing/inciting a child to sexual activity and sexual activity with a child.

Sexual activity with a child (certainly in NI anyway - as is my profession unfortunately) is with a person one does not reasonably believe to be under 16.

A lot of people saying it's not criminal, that she's 'old enough' or 'looks old enough' or knew what she was doing... this misses the point entirely.

Even leaving the age aside, *****philia suggests an exclusive or at least primary attraction to children.
Given the fact that he has a girlfriend who is of age, and the fact that the likelihood is that 99% of the women he has slept with are of legal age, he does not meet the criteria to be a "*****" either way.
