    Fab
Naughton , my Mum , Williams , Taylor
    Britton, Ki
    Ayew Barrow
    Siggy
    Paloschi

If my Mum's not available, touch and go she tweaked a hamstring in Tescos, I'd put Bartley in (I hear your screams :emoticon-0184-tmi:)

Swansea are the unluckiest club in the Premier , we've hit the woodwork 15 times , more than any other team .
Law of average says those are going to start going in imo.

Yes we are , and on top of that we only have 3 losses since Curtis took over ...2 losses to the Manchester teams on late goals , one in extra time .And the 3rd loss to the ref against Sunderland ....we've been unlucky on more than one level but the woodwork is the worst imo

We could argue that teams need to create luck. I think there is some truth in that.

For the last few years we have been very poor at defending set pieces, this is not down to luck it needs sorting.

Letting in goals in injury time is even more worrying - is this fitness or lack of focus, certainly not down to luck.

We weren't used to being in the lead under Monk this season , were still conforming .You can say hitting the woodwork, 15 times and more than any other club , isn't unlucky but to me it is hugely unlucky . I'm hoping are breaks will come the last 13 games .

We must win this one, we cannot afford to drop any more points at home. we have dropped 4 points in the last two games and lost against Sunderland that was a home banker. We must get all 3 points on Saturday and hope to pick up a point away in the two away games.

If it's the law of averages half of the ones that hit the woodwork will miss too ;)

    Lawro's prediction

"Swansea have won one and drawn two since Francesco Guidolin took charge, and he was in the stands for their victory over Watford too.

Southampton are also in good form, with four wins and a draw from their past five games, and they held on with 10 men for more than 30 minutes to beat West Ham last weekend.

Something has to give, but Saints keeper Fraser Forster has not conceded a goal in five games since returning from injury and I am going to back him to continue that run.

    Lawro's prediction: 0-2"

I'll take 3 points total from our next 3 games gladly , our best chance to get all 3 is tomorrow.

Sadly i think Lowro is right with his prediction this time (he do get it right sometimes) but i would give anything for a bit of luck to go our way for once and we nick it. i would not care if it was controversial goal if we could get the 3 points, All my fingers and toes will be crossed i know that...

    Swansea City
    • Swansea are unbeaten in four league matches (W2, D2) - three of them since the arrival of new head coach Francesco Guidolin.
    • They have only lost one of their last five league games at home (W2, D2).
    • The three goals conceded by the Swans under Guidolin have all come from set pieces.
    • They have scored 58% of their goals in the first half of games this season, the highest proportion in the top flight.
    • Gylfi Sigurdsson has scored five goals in his last six Premier League appearances for Swansea.

    Southampton

    • Southampton have won four of their last five league games, drawing the other.
    • The Saints have not conceded a goal in that time, with goalkeeper Fraser Forster saving all 14 of the shots he has faced in the league since returning from injury at the start of that five-match unbeaten run.
    • They haven't conceded a league goal since Alex Tettey scored for Norwich on 2 January.
    • However, Southampton have only won one of their last six away matches in the league (D1, L4).

Well I'm confident of a win.

2-0 with Palo getting off the mark.

I'd love to see Paoloschi get off the mark, but this has a draw all over it 0-0 for me...

    This from their board:

"The swans have improved lately but their build up play is extremely ponderous and i think that will suit us just fine."

If they can see it and we can see it let's hope the Coach can too.

We need to start with Barrow and Routs/Monty on the flanks today. That would give Gylfi and Palo more room to work with.
