Johnson's been sacked by Sunderland I see. Had to be done really and he'll struggle to find a club. Can bet your life they'll be plenty of protests from fans if their club were to ever try sign him in the future.

Remember Chelsea sticking by Graham Rix after he did basically the same as Johnson?, they gave the perverted **** his old job back a week after he got out of jail, Sunderland done the right thing ****ing Johnson off pronto and cutting their ties with him.

Surely he's headed for jail. That's going to end his career no matter what. Ched Evans career ended with a conviction, and in his case the the girl wasn't underage and didn't plead guilty. I'd expect Johnson to get some proper jail time.

  7. With Evans, they claimed him still insisting he was innocent was why they didn't want him to just be accepted back into football.

Well be interesting to see what happens once AJ has served his time having admitted some of the charges.

I believe people deserve a second chance once they've served their time.

Yeah, but the geometry from the corner of the edge of the box.... about 30 yards, I'd say. And I did say in the match commentary, great strike but - Lovren let him hit thinking he had no chance from there, and Migs is just ****e. Shotstopper my arse. I once saw Clemence get beat from that distance against St Ettienne, but that was a rarity, and Clem completely controlled his own six-yard box often flattening his own defenders, never mind opposition players, to CATCH crosses (none of that punching away as a rule). Migs can't do anything except hold a pen to sign a new contract. ****.

Don't understand what his defence is. Hasn't he already admitted that she told him her age, but he said 'you look older'? Seedy ****er.

He's pleaded guilty to two separate incidents so he doesn't technically have a defence for those, he's admitted that he committed crimes. It depends how many of the charges his plea applies to, as defendants can plead guilty to some and not others. In this case Johnson has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual activity with a child and one count of sexual grooming but is denying two other counts of sexual activity with a child. So the court is examining four separate crimes. As he has pleaded guilty to two the judge is determining the severity of what has happened in order to be able to impose an appropriate sentence. As for the other two occasions of sexual contact I'd imagine he's denying they ever happened or that he was misled in some way that rescinds him from responsibility and culpability.

It's very good, it's not like phenomenal tv but for a long-running comedy show and what it is it's very consistent and well done, v annoying how they seem to show one episode every 5 weeks though

Marxh I think. Like most American shows tend to take a break and restart in spring, flash is back then as well I think.

Walking Dead is back tomorrow night

Sort of excited but also feeling like it will be a let down. Felt that way about the last run of episodes. It could be so much better. I do wonder at some of their decision processes, they seem to always choose dull underwhelming story ideas over possibly good stuff

Good old Marxh, the communists' fave month
