    It's an opinion disco! Not based on anything other than what I think and what I've seen before in my experience. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if it was true. But we'll never know one way or the other so what difference does it make how I "label" her?

    It wouldn't unless he or his representatives decided to bring it up and they wouldn't. It wouldn't impact anything. May get her in trouble but, as she's a victim, she's protected by the law so we wouldn't know about it. Judges chambers are often the places these things are discussed. (I know from my working life) You say she's "just a fan" you don't know that any more than I know whether she tried to shake him down. It's your opinion. I don't think you're wrong but I reckon she went after money from him (or her father did) and he said get lost so she did what she should've done! It's a opinion nothing more.

    So far we have only the prosecution who have done their job of painting the girl as a sweet naive child who adored AJ. They will have also played up what he said and suggested to have his wicked way. He is under the microscope at this stage, soon it will be her turn and her background to be studies.

    All one sided so far as is the way with trials.

    Don't dispute that so far, but her adoration and him being her hero etc is all to show how a nice young lady was led astray. Neither am I saying she was a raver, just that not all has been revealed.

    Either way he has broken a law, mitigation may come later.
