The trial of Adam Johnson (part 2)

Magic tricks might have worked on the girl to get her in his car mate, but I doubt the jury will buy them.

 

The prosecution tend to hold back things from their opening statements. I am willing to bet that there is something to come out that will be even more damning.

 

I hope he doesn't try and blame stress or some misfortune for it. I really hate it when they do that in the dock. We all have low points - we don't all go out and do something like that!

**** me - I know it's only the opening statements and that they will be painted in the light the lawyers want them to, but this all sounds very different from what I think any of us were talking about.

I said in an earlier post (on one of he many threads) that the fact he has done this with one 15 year old might be as much down to him being a typical spoiled brat thinking he was entitled to whatever he wanted and that we shouldn't assume it was her age that was the attraction. However, if there is any truth at all in that opening statement then everything about him sounds like an evil ****ing predator who was manipulating a very loyal fan who idolised him.

The more that comes out in this case the more he sounds like an absolutely vile scumbag. I also think that the more that comes out then the more fans of other clubs (though not all fans) will further recognise that it is Adam Johnson action's on trial and not Sunderland football club or their fans.

 

It's be a good career move, if he can't play footy he can at least go on X factor after

 

I said earlier that he always came across as an arrogant dickhead. If what the prosecution are arguing is true then he's even worse than that.

I'm waiting for the inevitable cowboy to come riding through this thread on his highest of stallions telling us it's not a laughing matter and how we should be ashamed at making light of a very dark story.

He's also a selfish bastard. If he is guilty of these further two offences (still saying 'if' even if I'm not thinking it), then he is putting the victim through more torture by forcing a trial. And even if he doesn't give a **** about the victim, which he clearly wouldn't in those circumstances, then he should at least give a **** about the mother of his child. No wonder the lass walked out listening to that. It's about time he started using his balls for the right sort of reasons and put an end to this (if he knows he is guilty).

 

As long as you don't start handing out Milky Bars - that definitely wouldn't be appropriate!

 

Predatory behaviour. He clearly doesn't give a damn. The fact he was told off by the judge for talking during the trial shows what he thinks of the whole thing.

One thing that strikes me as a little awkward is the people who said that this bird was a slut for being in a night club at her age.

She was just a child fan.

 

That was bang out of order. I remember that. Not necessarily on here, but in general.

 

In their defence, they didn't know. I imagine people were speculating as to what might have happened. It goes to show though how dangerous speculation is.

 

He lured an impressionable schoolgirl knowing full well what he was doing. She was star struck that Adam Johnson, her idol wanted her. Except, he wanted one thing. The guy makes me feel sick.
