The trial of Adam Johnson (part 2)

I was speaking to someone earlier this week who were privy to his initial arrest and subsequent questioning - I was told that Johnson was actually under the impression that he'd only get cautioned and then released 'with a slapped wrist' by the police

 

It'll depend on what evidence the prosecution has to certify that he's boned her.

If there's nothing at all, not forensics or anything then let's not forget what a good lawyer can do for you.

 

Maybe she'd only accused him of kissing her in his car at that point... there's parts of the case that will never get revealed in the trial.

 

True - I'd be surprised if there is anything DNA related.

Judging by the phone records, it may be quite difficult for them to paint that picture, he's the one doing all the chasing. He was getting one word responses.

It'll be interesting watching this scumbag lawyer make out she was a teenage slapper who lured poor Adam into his own car... When he slipped on a Murray mint and accidentally entered her...

Use the ignore facility and that's that.

I bet there'll be a text (that he sent) later on read out in court that will infer sex happened and his response will be "She stole my phone" or "My mate was playing with my phone"... ****ing £2m lawyer fees and his best form of defense is akin to a kid saying "I forgot".
