If (when) opposing fans start an anti-Johnson chant inside the SoL on Saturday, will you lot be joining in?

 

Wonder if other fans will think that way? Sunderland are going to get it in the neck from every set of fans now for allowing him to play. Personally, I see why they did and the player himself should've admitted it long ago instead of having his lawyers (allegedly) get the club to allow him to play after his initial suspension - that's when he should've admitted it - then none of this would've happened - we've all been played for fools by Johnson, the club, the fans and everyone that believed in him. You'll see my previous posts that I fully supported him and expected him to be set free after the trial - to have him almost literally **** on everything the club and supporters has done - well, I guess they were all correct - he is a Geordie!

 

Not me cos I sit with my son and nephew next to 83 and his daughter! But I would if I wasn;t as close to all of the kids.

You'll get level headed ones who will accept the way you've went about the situation, but if it was a Newcastle player you'd be all over it as a fanbase at St James' Park.

If it was a Liverpool player, I'd imagine United fans would keep it going for years, and vice versa.

Fair point, I was always surprised at how many adults let their kids join in the "He comes from Serbia, He'll ****ing murder ya" Vidic chant inside our ground.

 

People can see that, but give 2,000 away supporter a belly full of beer and things are gonna change inside the stadium.
