It was always my aim to be a writer, but I got stuck not being one, somehow.

If they're fit, then Targett and Davis both come straight back into my team (for Yoshida and Pelle). And like last weekend, I'm still slightly tempted with going for Austin over Mane.

(Romeu for Wanyama as well, but that surely goes without saying)

I guess my problem also. I've had a few things published which earned me money, but it was putting my stories into nice homes I liked. Then I stopped.

This is a fun one, if anyone is interested (in Bruce Bethke's magazine, if anyone is into their cyberpunk).

Austin, Romeu and Targett (if fit) in for Pelle, Wanyama and Yoshida (sorry Maya).

Good to see the positive match thread FLT, I'm feeling confident again now.

Heard you were 8-1 to go over to saintsweb and worse, had been poached and were evens to start the match thread on the Liverpool board.

Anyways it's nearly Valentine's day and I honestly think we should let Swansea have all the love.:emoticon-0152-heart. Love of course meaning no points in tennis, and we will be the ones who score wheeeey, get in.

Not convinced Chaz is fit enough to start yet. He looked a bit pedestrian last week.
Surely you gotta start with Steve Davis for Pelle?

I think we're going to lose.

I'm on a mission to remove superstition entirely from my life so I have to say that, even thought I happen not to believe it.

I thought we were a bit open in midfield with Long, Mane and Pelle on Saturday. The return of Davis makes things interesting and gives two decent options. Either we stick to the back three and he takes one of their places in the team or we revert to a back 4 and he sits behind this front three as the tip of a central midfield 3.

Plenty of options at Rons disposal

I have had one piece published in a magazine but I always wanted to be an actor. I was always in the school play and did Am Dram when a young man. It is said that I have a very good voice and excellent projection. I have done a lot of public speaking but these days all I do is write on here and talk to my mates in the pub and once a year I am made to dress up and be father Christmas because I am old and have a white beard. The kids always know its me because of my walking stick. I should have done it all sixty years ago.

Yeah, I think that is the key decision. Do we need to go five at the back, or can we trust our DM's?

Or flipped the other way, do we need to commit all these players forward to score, or do we trust our offense to get goals and therefore focus on the back?

Agree that Davis plays either way if healthy. It is his return that gives us the options.

Otherwise, I think you have to go three/five at the back. I just don't think four and midfield help is enough. The only time we've tried that recently it was a draw... and we were decidedly on the back foot. Everyone was behind the ball and it still took Forster to save us. Granted it was Arsenal and they played well, but still.
