Ayre would be a start, but we could do with a bit of a shake up behind the scenes, not just including Ayre
I changed it so I could try and wum the Scottish nurks on the Premier League board with that thread about Scotland stopping their participation in port without them immediately mentioning anything nasty. They could have of course checked my threads published but I got some joy anyway. It seems to have been deleted though mind. I thought the subject of Scotland resigning from sport a serious consideration personally.
Got tbh, I didn't notice at first but that was because I was using the phone app and you can't see signatures on there. You also appeared with this username on Tuesday evening when we had others things to contend with
Yes and No. Yes, He should have **** all to with player recruitment. In fact, anyone remotely linked to it, should be sacked. No. In spite of on field struggles, he has increased commercial revenue greatly and should continue to do that, behind the scenes.
thats a good way to put it. I agree with part one. I wonder abuot part 2 and think if you go above the role you had and fail you can;t return to the role and someone else has to come in. thats how i've always seen business working when i've seen managers get the push in work place.
Think this is why board members should stick to just that. Actual football matters should be handled by football people, the ones who know what they're doing. The transfer committee is half and half and thus why it fails. The right people to find (or at least to look for) players and the wrong people in charge of how much is paid. The scouts should be answering to a DoF, who works with the manager. Simple, clean and accountable.
