Good Morning Everyone, Phil Hay has launched a scathing attack on Cellino this morning in the YEP. In it, he says our scouting and recruitment system needs a complete overhaul! He goes on to say that although his Managerial abilities were questionable, the framework he was working towards would was impressive. Should McDermott have been given time to get his teeth into our infrastructure? Hay goes on to say his his scouting ability is impressive. He met the girl in a nightclub!!! Obviously we don't know the facts, and know what the tabloids are like. If Johnson were not a footballer would the mug have been charged? What about the club / doormen who let 15 year olds into their club? Thoughts?
The 15 year old girl should be charged with grooming men, if she was in a nightclub at that age. She should be removed from her parents, who obviously take no interest in her, and put into care.

No Grooming means when you know there age so its inexcusable and he has pleaded guilty to this so there isnt any grey area He knew her age and went for it. Chuck the book at him.
