Big ew bet on Value at Risk tomorrow with a r/f with Baoulet Delaroque.

Far too gassy in his first proper run of the season in a hot ascot handicap after two 2nd fence falls VAR should run a big race tomorrow. Nichols horse looks thrown in so could ba a nice r/f. 10s long gone but 8s around and good ew bet.

WESTERN JO 40/1 3.30 might well outrun his price. Completely lost his way but im hoping the return to Donny where he has run well in the past may spark back some life. Cheekpieces return and bonus 7lb from Lavery hopefully assist cause.

I think Baoulet Delaroque will win the 13.55 Huntingdon but 5/2 isn't much of a price considering what a competetive event this is.

Not actually wearing my punting pants re any of them today but am looking forward to seeing how NEWSWORTHY (1.45 Donny) and BRIGHT EYES (4.50 Hunters) in particular get on.

The former won his bumper very nicely, this time last year, but to date everything hasn’t really clicked for him over timber. Today could change that. And I tell you what I bet old boy Bill Mullins is watching on nervously as the last thing he wants is a burgeoning relationship between the forum’s favourite trainer and Rich Richtea, the heir to the biscuit tin fortune.

I’ve raved on a lot lately about Chocca Wocca and her dam Chomba Womba and Bright Eyes is the latters latest offspring to reach the track. This pedigree must make her the one to beat on debut.

    Good luck, pilgrims.

Interested in Firm Order, 1.15 @Doncaster, in an attempt to start the day well, even though it seems to be drifting.

I've also gone a bit wild. Sorry.

I doubt very much Willie will be losing much sleep over this.No doubt Newsworthy well end up injured as the touch of Mr Henderson's 'magic hands' has proved fatal to many a good horse of the years

3.30 Doncaster Walk On Al 14/1 has been given a bit of a helping hand from the handicapper. Despite being by Alflora, he does handle better ground just fine and with a good pace on in a big field, can gallop his way into the frame.

A stab in the dark e/w in the opener is on Imperial Leader 22/1- Twiston Davis is hitting a little bit of form and although this is very risky on his last run, the visor goes on and he runs effectively off 112, having once looked a promising chaser in the making when placing behind Melodic Rendezvous, Irish Saint, and Fingal Bay. First time he gets a bit of better grounf for some time too, and he was not unbacked on his most recent starts. Big galloping track to suit him, but jumping has to hold up.

Over at Huntingdon, in the 1.55 MAESTRO ROYAL 14/1 was going well enough prior to being pulled up with a slipped saddle and could an impressive performance today but this one in the mix for a Cheltenham handicap in March?? Runs off 127 today...

Barbers Shop’s little half-brother. Will be of huge interest, next term, when he goes over the big ‘uns.
