Totally disagree. Actually think Leicester and Spurs are the more likely to collapse. Particularly Spurs - they are king bottlers.
I agree. Out of all 4 teams, Arsenal and City should have the best capabilities to handle the pressure going into the last stretch of games. Both of the other two teams will go into uncharted waters and experience extreme pressure. Leicester are probably the most in form and overall worthy winners for the title, but as soon as they smell the chance to win the trophy, they will start going into games with heavy expectation, affecting their fearless style of play.
Are you for real? You want United and all their glory hunters to get into the Top 4. It would be good for North London to get 2 of the 4 CL places. Hope United end up midtable and with nothing just to wind up all their supporters in the London area.
Absolutely for real. The very thought of the spuds getting into the CL is sickening, whereas united getting into the CL again would just be annoying.
A bit like comparing a rash on your balls or a rash in your anus, both are equally unpleasant and unsightly.
Do you not think we were under pressure trying to stay in this league last season ? Most of the players in the side last season have openly stated they were and now they have surpassed the 40 point marker they are not under any pressure whatsoever !
I don't doubt you faced pressure then, but that was survival, which is a different type of pressure. But no one, including yourselves were expecting to win the Prem, but it's becoming reality now and that is when the pressure kicks in. Every team will feel the pressure and Leicester won't be different.
Lol was told exactly that when Liverpool beat us in December and the couple of draws after... Was stated then that the " pressure " had got to us and the " Bubble " had burst
If anything, we are still a work in progress and are getting better and better though I concede you are on paper, a better team you don't have our team spirit or work ethic but if you play your A game you should win .
Well if you continue to play the way you till the very end, then you'll win the title. But boy, it'll be the best Premiership victory to date if you actually did do it.
This is where I can't disagree with you and I doubt any Arsenal fan can disagree either. Arsenal have been under-preforming for quite sometime and this season hasn't been any difference. We should be playing better than what we have for most of this season, but as Leicester have demonstrated this season, a team is greater than the sum of its parts, and even with our world class players, we still haven't looked the part.
Liverpool concede a goal in the last minute of extra-time to get knocked out of the FA Cup against West Ham. They've been a bit of a bogey team for the Scousers this season. They've won 3 and drawn 1 in the 4 meetings vs Liverpool this season. I bet Liverpool fans are glad they never have to play them again this season!
Crikey, Adam Johnson has pleaded guilty to one charge of being a nonce. ...glad he got his goal against the Scousers before he gets charged mind you.
I didn't watch the whole game, but from what I saw, he didn't look that bad. His finishing wasn't great, but in terms of overall play, he did create a few chances for himself, won a lot of aerial duels and was quite threatening from corners. As a striker though, he will always be judged on the goals he's scored and he's not doing it regularly enough. 7 goals in 29 games is quite poor from a player that you've paid £35m for. You get the feeling that he isn't mobile or as quick as Klopp would like, so Firminho will probably continue to start up front for most of the league fixtures (and probably the cup final too).
