Rooneys better than Tevez.

Tevez was very easy to keep quite on the pitch when he wasnt the main man. He cried about it alot aswell yet when he got goven the chance ( and he got many ) he just couldnt seem to figure out that the ball goes in the net.

people forget we United fans watched tevez and enjoyed his hard work and battling mindset for 2 years. We know what he can do and what he cant. He can work his socks off but he cant play as part of a team and be happy.

Ya of couse, but it does help to have probably the number 1 company in not only sportswear but in helping develop better athletes ( ever heard of adidas, reebok, umbro, etc come out with their own specific lines of training- Nike Sparq was specifically created for various sports and how to better enhance each sports players. I understand that every has their own fitness programs, but Nike will provide the most current and top of the line equipment for United.

I am not trying to say it as an excuse for us or an end all be all as to why united have won, just saying it helps. United would be in good condition without Nike, with them they have new material,equipment, etc.

It has at times in the past and I include utd in that but I certainly don't think it has been the best for 2/3 seasons now.

I reckon Liverpool will succeed under Kenny.There is a simple reason for it.
Rafa's sides were extremely solid and hard-working and hard to beat.However they had one massive flaw.Rafa couldn't find a balance between rigid and gung-ho.Both worked....both didn't.
Kenny on the otherhand has found that balance.Liverpool under Kenny will cut you open without thinking twice about it as they load as many players into the box as they possibly can.However when they are defending...they tighten up tighter than a virgins vagina.However its a work in progress as all the pieces aren't in place yet.Thats why I'm still convinced Kenny needs a left back and another centre back.The reason being Robinson is raw and Aurelio is un-reliable and Insua is untrustworthy.As for the centre back,Its just I'm afraid we may come to a stage when the only options we have are Skrtel and Kyriagkos.
Agger and Skrtel works like a treat,Carra and Skrtel is fine,but Skrtel and Soto frightens the life out of me.

 

Oh and I know Arsenal have Nike, Barca do, many teams, but United are the only ones ( barca kind of do) that come over to the states, go to the headquarters and get a whole conditioning series done. On their website, they put up pictures of it and the place is just immense and increadible. I hate pre-seasons but if I saw that was what I was training with, working with, etc. I would be well up for it.

What do you class as quality? 1 team battering another? A massive difference between 2nd and 3rd. A bottom 5 that is frankly bordering on amateur and a defensive standard that basically doesnt exist.

Or are you basing it on Barcelona and Real Madrid.

think about it, Individual teams in Spain ( by which I mean 1 team in Spain ) may have more quality than anyone in the PL but after that I think the PL is way above La Liga.

Agreed it may help but Nike are not the reason for United fitness levels etc. I don't see our players as being in better condition than alot of prem teams
