Leicester have just lost the guy who scouted Kante and Mahrez to Arsenal. Rumours head of recruitment Steve Walsh maybe off as well.
If you can't pinch the players you pinch the staff instead. At least Leicester are taking the heat off Saints.
I do want Leicester to win. But I love listening to the Neanderthals that sky sports pick up around the grounds. One bloke said, we have Arsenal who we'll beat then we got a few small teams. We're no longer a small team now
Notwithstanding their excellent season, and I hope that they do it, it will be interesting if they can keep their team together during the summer. Even players who have long contracts will be unsettled once the rumour mill starts grinding.
I think the safety cushion of Champions League football will keep everyone there, for at least one more season, but if they do lose some, it might bring home to some Saints fans just how difficult it is to keep your best players happy.
