    CBJ looks a good prospect.

Disappointing to only get a point against a team who played for a draw at home albeit they knew they were up against a superior team.

I haven't thought we were top 4 candidates for a while, we've gifted away too many easy points, like today.

The silver lining is LVG is a dead man walking.

    Not yet.

    I can't believe anyone doesn't rate Shaw.

He certainly has the potential to be, Shaw was ahead of him at the time of his injury though.

Yes Chelsea didn't play until they conceded. Clear they were happy at 0-0

Yes but why? They had nothing to lose unless they genuinely believe they are in a relegation scrap?!

Dunno.. they really seemed to be happy not to lose.

I thought mourinho would take off his hiding mask and say fooled you all at one point.

Why is Neville taking his lines from Van Gaal?

"I said before I came that I would be judged in five months."

"There's no doubt that at times like this everyone needs to stay together."

"I continue to work, I continue to have belief."

"It is hard to explain the defeat."

Since he's taken over a few Valencia games have been on sky and I think he's been unlucky at times in the league games. They've plummeted down the league though and you have to think if he wasn't friends with the owners whether he would last much longer, but I think he will be given to the end of the season provided he doesn't look like getting them relegated. He could still turn it round before the end of the season.

Yes ridiculous. The guys a highly regarded coach and Derby took a very specific strategic decision to employ him so you have to give him time to grow into a highly regarded manager too.

Obviously the prize of being in prem for the big cash orgasim is more important.

    The fools.

Always the same with Derby, great starters but fall away in the last third. Can't see them getting promoted this season.

It seems more and more it's seen as an easy fix to any problems to just sack the manager and replace him. I wonder if it's down to fan pressure or the owners genuinely thinking that's the best way forward? Happens at clubs at all sorts of levels. I don't know if it's just due to the amount of money in football now that no-one has the patience to see anything through.

I'd imagine it takes a while to put a managers methods into place and get the players playing the way he wants and then further time to bring in the players the manager needs to make the system work. Managers seem to be hired with this idea in mind that they will be given at least a couple of seasons to prove themselves but then a few bad results later it all goes out the window.
