With you 100% on this aber.....nice tunes as well. Notice the 'Jacks' have started a music thread as well.......took a quick peek & amongst what I expected (Bryan Adans, Jamariquai, level 42 etc), there seems to be a sort of kindred spirit in swanee (might be a bit before your 'time' aber, but me, and probably Stumpy have taken at least a passing interest in most of the tunes below). All below posted by swanee on Swan board. Can't vouch for his taste in football teams, but his music is pretty much 'spot on'.
One of my favourites of the year has been the Arcs, a spin off from one of the Black Keys. This is from their CD. I had bought tickets to see the BK last year in CIA which was cancelled, gutted; here is one of their best

I watched it Aber and it didn't do them justice at all. Seen them live 3 times in the last 10yrs and each time it was like being under sonic attack, the music came at you from every possible angle, front back over under and it was so LOUD.
