Wow. It's Sunday. Wife and mother in law are taking son to hockey. His football team have no.match today and now the paper round is done, I have a free day. I'm going to waste it doing nothing

Get them to spend the afternoon recording a session listing your faults and failings that you can then listen to at your convenience and save all of you a lot of wasted time in the future...
