I say that we sack every player over the age of 25. Keep the younger ones, they may come good. The rest are set in their ways, replace them with German experience I say. Hendo, Milner, Lucas, Allen, Lovren, Migs, they're all sub par. Perhaps good enough for a league cup campaign

 

Where is the passion, the motivation? We seem to be a team with absolutely nothing to play for. Not for top 4 or European places nor fighting relegation.

Classic mid table team performance.

 

Purely on a selfish level, the players should be fighting for themselves and their own careers.

Most of these players are the definition of 'journeyman' they'll never fully commit to a manager or a cause, just go along with things as they fancy it week to week and do the same at multiple clubs without ever really achieving anything

 

first one i'd get rid of in summer is morono, closely followed by mignolet

 

if you were in charge of personnel we'd need something akin to the feeding of the 5000 to get a team out as we'd have maybe 3 players left
