Have you even seen any of the new ones? What's the last episode you saw? They're on season 26 now, of course every episode won't be brilliant. I've watched every episode so am happy to debate this, even though I know it's subjective

Never said the movie was any good. The last few seasons have had some great episodes. Your opinion is meaningless without having watched them
Even the ****test Simpsons episode is infinitely better than any of that old Tom and Jerry pish. Cat chases mouse. Mouse beats up cat. Repeat every ****ing episode. Hilarious
You can watch most of the cartoons on Netflix and YouTube. They are one of the reasons I fell in love with history.
Asterix books are brilliant, was never a fan of the animation for the cartoons. Thundercats has aged terribly...Tried watching some again a few years ago, it's best left as a fond childhood memory...
The same can be said for Dungeons and Dragons and Ulysses 31, yet they remain works of innovative genius. But I do agree that a liberal dose of context is required.
If it's adult cartoons then family guy , archer , some recent Simpsons ... Does robot chicken count ? Bobs burgers is ok , so is bojack horseman ... New one in Netflix called f is for family . Meh
