I suppose you could use 2 methods: i) They have to shag 100 birds of consensual age without the use of force or chicanery ii) Honey-traps would be laid for them to avoid eg extremely flirtatious 10 year-old boys, delivery of comatose naked women to their house etc Either way, it's an interesting concept
