I'd say if he loses to WBA he's gone. Surely has to be. I would get somone now. We have a long break coming up after Chelsea. Surely would be idea to give a new boss time to get to know the squad.

Problem that this squad has had for years and years is a lack of discipline. The amount of red cards we've received not for nasty tackles but for handbags and stupid frustration fouls I cannot count. A team that respects the manager and the fans wouldn't do that.

If we fail to beat West Brom tomorrow he should be sacked. As much as I don't like him, I'd get Redknapp in until the end of the season.

Nah, Redknapps too old and will alienate players right away..like he did at QPR, we don't have enough players for Harry to cast players out like he always does. For me Moyes, if he would come, or Brendan Rodgers, even though I don't like their perceived personality they would command respect from the bottlers on the team. David Moyes would striket the fear of god into these fools. That's what we need. We don't need sexy football, we need to stay in the league. Janmaat for instance, we know he's a decent player, but sometimes it appears he just thinks he's too good to defend and gets caught with 2 opposition players behind him. He needs a dressing down not positivity and a clap on the back.

We need someone who can make it work with what we have. And what we have is a striker who is very good in the air and laying off balls. Well hell, maybe we ought to be playing long balls to him, when we're actually playing him and put someone next to him, someone who can score. And then get the other 8 outfield fools to do their job defending for once and putting in some crosses.

And Gini..he's tim cahill in black. He's great in the air, he scores good colds, he ghosts in but he doesn't do a whole lot else. He's not the kind of player who will take the game at the scruff of the neck when you're losing and playing badly, he wont go and pick up the ball near his box and carry it like say Rooney does. I dont see any point playing him away from home right now. I'd rather play another defensive midfielder, shut up shop and go wide with crosses. The same goes for Sissoko.

The team we have now is not much different from what Chris Hughton had. We have a tall guy up front who can head the ball. Kevin Nolan isn't too much different from Gini apart from Nolan would get stuck in when things weren't going our way. At least Hughton had Barton and Jonas putting crosses in the box and delivering decent balls from set plays.

We all know the club is rotten from top to bottom. The U21s most be so bad that there's absolutely no one would can come in and do a job at lb or in midfield for half a game. Year after year we struggle with a skeleton squad depleted by injuries. This has been a constant theme since 2006.

I dreamt that Harry became our manager last night.

I had a gin induced dream last night about a Rainbow Cave full of treasures but I am not going to put much faith in it.
