    a) you realise the money from all the stuff you've listed goes back to the club(except SportsDirect gear though NUFC take a cut from that) not to Mike Ashley.
    b) how long would it be before we're saying "****ing Pardew, why can't he say more than "no comment" in monotone voice in interviews?
    c) I'm a mormon if that helps <ok>

    Yeah...because everybody else around the league is making big signings this summer...except Wigan, Villa, Bolton, Everton, Blackburn, Spurs, QPR, Norwich, Swansea, Fulham, Chelsea, Wolves, West Brom, and Stoke <whistle>

    Or maybe the rumours that Perdew and Ashley are old friends/casino buddies means that part of Pardew's job is to spin Ashleys actions. A lot of you might think Pardew is doing an okay job as manager but I do not see he is any improvement over Chris Hughton the difference might just be that Hughton wouldn't dance to Ashley's tune; I got the impression Hughton was a straight-arrow who would not have been comfortable with any sort of spin for the sake of senior management.

    I'm not crying any crocodile tears over your plight but I do genuinly feel sorry for the passionate and genuine fans.

    It has already been said but I'll chip in as well. If the media ask the question then our manager has to respond, it is better that we hear something than nothing.

    I think the lack of recent transfer activity is making people lose their composure, we seem to be getting upset over nothing.

    But like I'm With Colo says we have been more successful in the market than all but a few clubs so why is everybody so down?

    Not really sure what to think at the moment!!! I'm kind of feeling the same as you bootboy but I'm fooling myself into thinking it's all a smokescreen before we sign Rooney or someone.
