Any tips on how to chill out? Been reading of late but it is backfiring as It's a good book so I end up staying up even later Tried booze but I end up getting pissed and then get a hangover.

Look up ASMR online or on YouTube. Lie back and listen. Recommend any guided meditation with crystal or Tibetan bowls. Also try watching the greatest relaxant in history, Bob Ross' Joy of Painting.
Learn to play an instrument. Then, when you have learned to play that instrument, play it in your spare time to relax. I have gotten a lot out of playing the guitar over the years and I just pay to myself at home. If you're just talking about relaxing to get off to sleep then I'm probably the least qualified person you will ever meet to offer advice on that front. I think switching tvs, phones, tablets, laptops, etc off a good 30 mins before you go to bed seems to be a sensible idea. Exercising during the day I think may help too.
****ed up big time last week. Set off from Cheltenham at 5.30pm.. Downed 4 pro plus... Got home for 10.... Awake till 3am. Buzzin.
Also full of caffeine (and sugar) but maybe not the ****ed up chemicals that are in the diet stuff (aspartame, phenylalanine, etc).
