Tickets for our Sky Bet Championship away game against Burnley will go on sale to Season Card holders from 9am on Monday 18th January (one ticket per Season Card).

The Tigers travel to Turf Moor on Saturday 6th February (KO 3pm) and tickets are priced as follows:

    £24 Adults
    £15 Seniors (65+)
    £15 Under 22’s
    £7 Under 18’s
Tickets for disabled supporters are charged at the relevant price band above and include a free ticket for a carer. Please note these must be bought in person or by telephone.
(Concession ticket holders are advised to carry proof of age as they may be asked to provide this at the turnstiles. Burnley will not do any ticket upgrades on the day of the game.)

I am pretty desperate to go to this one as I will be staying fairly close that weekend. Does anyone know what the allocation is and whether there is likely to be any left for general sale?

    Cheers

I am going but will be in the home end. A good friend who is a Burnley supporter has invited me over for the weekend, and we are going to the game together. So if you see one person cheering amongst the home fans if we score you know who it is <laugh>.

Dont go in club shop if you want to upgrade a ticket from concession ( junior to adult )

The staff in there dont know if you can do that or not

Sister just been in and tried to do it

Problem solved though as she went back to her car and did it on line

Burnley has now been made pay on the gate so if you haven't got a ticket yet, don't bother, it's £2 cheaper to buy one from the opposition.

Minute's Silence Ahead Of Kick-Off At Burnley

Ahead of kick-off at the Tigers’ away game against Burnley on Saturday, the Turf Moor club will be holding a minute’s silence.

The silence will be in memory of former Burnley Chairman Frank Teasdale and former player Ray Pointer who both recently passed away.

Visiting supporters are asked to join in with the silence, which will start and end on the referee’s whistle.

Not been a good period for Burnley of late with regards to the passing of certain people.

They had one for the Derby County home game as well recently.

Without intending to sound glib, but could there not be a minutes silence before every match? Surely there's someone with a treasured to remember at every game?

That was because they hadn't played at home for a while! It was for all that had passed in 2015

He's the chairman that took over in the mid 80's and with them having narrowly avoided dropping out of the football league completely (on the final day of the season) he oversaw two promotions during his thirteen year tenure. I think he'd warrant a minutes silence at most clubs.

They actually played on 2 Jan so could have done it then! It's only because I heard them say at the derby match.

Not to mention Ray Pointer who scored 118 goals in 223 appearances for them and won 3 England caps whilst with them.

Ray Pointer was my first football idol due to him being the first bubble gum card I got at the age of 8'orb9.
Great action shot. Unfortunately lead to me thinking that the only was to shoot was with your left arm straight out whilst kicking with your right foot. Went through contortions trying to do that every time I kicked a ball until I learnt some sense.<laugh>

A reverse of what he is doing here, me being one-footed. In fact that looks like the same photo.
Always thought he looked like a real life version of the comic strip drawing they used in those days for Roy Of The Rovers.
