Honestly where does this bloke get off, hes repeated the same thing over and over and over now claiming theres still players to come in, still havent seen any yet you clueless old bastard, here's an idea, keep your mouth shut and bring some players in, then talk about them all you want!

It's honestly becoming annoying now, you see other clubs bringing in players and we just have the same article saying he wants new players DO IT THEN!

 

Deals can take time - He'd been expecting Erdinc in by now, but obviously that's been delayed.

 

Why do we all think it's Erdinc? I know we've been linked with him for a while but he has said he wants to fight for his place at PSG.

 

Thats not the point I'm making, hes said the same thing in various news outlets literally 7-8 times in the last two weeks, why not just keep schtum until something is sorted, I'm sick of hearing the same things in his horrible monotone voice.

as much as i agree with you i cant really blame pardew he's been decieved by the fat one as much as he has deceived us unfortunatley he just has to work with what he's got and unlike keegan he stands for it as he dosnt have the same passion for the club

 

I'm all for communication when theres something new and different to say, but whats the point in churning out the same lines and stories over and over again, its frustrating and they are taking us for fools.

 

Yep, I'm sure it's "passion" for the club that caused Keegan to walk out and sue for a fat wad of cash. Passion. Yep.

 

The club can't win really, if nothing is said, ppl cry out for info. Pardew says he expects more signings, ppl tell him to shut up

 

Perhaps that's all he has to say to these varying news outlets when asked the same questions by the journalists.

"Are you going to be bringing in anyone else?"

What's he to do? Reply; "See previous comments I've made."

Pardew is at least trying to be media friendly and get some form of communication going between the club and the supporters. Remember how we used to groan when there was little to no communication?

 

He talks the talk but so far imo the club most definately have failed to walk the walk.
I'll keep my last verdict until Sep1st though!

 

He has to keep churning out the same lines because journos keep asking the same questions. There's unfortunately been no development on the transfers front so there's nothing new to say.

It was proved in court that Keegan was intentionally misled by the board and had players brought in and sold behind his back after being promised he would have full control, any man with principles would have walked and I dont blame him at all.

Pardew is obviously Ashley's yes man and will spin anything to make the board look good, I'm sure he still wants to do his best for the team but he certainly wont be banging on the fat ones door for extra money.

 

Then why not do what I orginally suggested, KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT.

 

Whether he was misled or not is irrelevant - If he loved the club as he claims to then he shouldn't have sued them. He's smart enough to know that the club's going to suffer for it, rather than just Mike Ashley's wallet.

Cause then the morons in the media are going to make a big deal out of it. If you're asked a question in a press conference you can't just keep your mouth shut.

I know there's this big media stereotype about Newcastle fans being morons. It's annoyed me for a long time, but people like you make me think they're on to something.

 

If it was me I'd have done the same, take the bastard for everything hes got, look around you, fans are trying to do the same thing all over, such as not buying food and drinks in the ground, even attempting to buy their toon strips anywhere but NUFC club shop or sports direct, everything wants to hit him where it hurts and thats his wallet. I say good on him.

And I'd much rather he just said something like "no change" or "no comment" at least we wouldnt have to hear the same monotone ****e every day.
