Retro shirts on ebay are the way to go, you get quality materials and workmanship, usually made in England, great designs and embroidered badges. Btw if anyone's interested I have a 97-99 long sleeve home shirt (medium) which I intend to sell at some point, sleeves were too short for me so had to go for the short sleeve. (I need a ~26.5" sleeve according to my formal shirts)

I hate buying clothes off the internet though, worried that it won't fit.

Anyone got any of these tops? Would like to know what the fitting is like.

Really? You must had poor luck with the Adidas kits. I dont really have a bad word against them. I just dont like the 2007 - 09 Adidas kit, as it reminds me of poor poor times haha.

I bought one of the Score Draw retro strips, from the 70s, after the first wash the black completely faded around all of the stitching, collar and cuffs -- I couldn't believe it! Huge disappointment.

Sold a Man City shirt today where I work, theyre the only club kit I've noticed that still has badge embroided. Looks so much nicer.

I think the puma shirts are a really poor quality like, bought the home and away last season and both are 'clicked' to **** after barely a year which really put me off buying this seasons, the adidas ones however i've never had a problem with, still wear a few regular for 5 a side, most notably the black and blue 3rd from 06 I believe and its still as good as ever. Must of been quite lucky with shirts though as have never had letters peel off

Oh god no! Nike in my opinion are the worst of the lot. I'd quite like to see Reebok, their clothing and trainers are good quality. I use their shirts, shorts and trainers at the gym. All very well made, and ultimately, very comfortable. Can see why Charvas like it haha
