" Bit of a cheat". Fergie had already had 6 years to build a team and bring youth through the ranks before the 1st premier league game kicked off, that puts ALL the others on the list at a disadvantage, if it was legit Fergie would be on 41% and Kenny would be on 61-62% based on his 1st 100 games as LFC manager.
At Barca he showed he has the ability to develop youth (with the B side) and manage an A-list squad and all that comes with it. His game isn't flawless but he's undoubtedly still learning and has already achieved greatness. This is a different challenge... At Barca and Bayern the job was to maximise the output of two brilliant squads. City will require a lot more remedial work. They have one or two genuinely world class players. His last two clubs have handfuls + stronger squad options. Then you account for the difference between the leagues. So this should be a real examination of Pep. But no reason to think he won't succeed with his player pull and City's money. Would be a double kick for United if he signs Thiago
I'm trying to say yes even if i don't agree cos you are taking bollox IMO its still a reasonable argument. as in fair point greez.
gizz a non-partonising way of saying it then. interesting...... hmmmm...... fair point... good point?
He's "Pissed on his chips' and will never now manage Uniturd,, according to Chief on their board. That's going to effect his time at City, with that dreadful realisation weighing on his mind.
jeez how will he live with himself. how does klopp before him live with himself Luckily though the mancs (due no doubt to being chavs themselves) don't mind at all having an ex-cheslea bloke come in.
I'm glad they don't think so... its pretty hard to be deluded if you know you are so living in the alternate reality where a title charge is just round the corner and they didn't want to win the CL anyway.. well thats good.
