What a team! Only one good player and yet still they win the league and reach the Champion Leagues final.

 

Oh dear. I hope all the rest of the Liverpool fans will realise how much of a dunce KPR is after this comment. I'm guessing Liverpool have 25 good players.

 

Of course they do according to KPR. We have just in his opinion been better managed over the last years but in his mind that will all change as Dalglish is now in charge.

As for reaching the CL final...you had a hand-picked route to the final..only playing decent opposition once.Had you played decent opposition more than once ie Bayern Munich or Real Madrid,you would definitely have not made the final.When you did play proper opposition in the final..you got thrashed.All you did was earn the right to be thrashed by Barcelona.Before the final you lot were telling us what you were going to do to Barcelona.When you were taken apart it was ..''Well at least we got there''.
Arsenal who have no balls put up more of a fight against Barcelona than Man Who did.

 

Now the fool is attempting to say that Utd where what, given an easy ride to the final? I suppose this is more of the conspiracy crap we so often hear about. And by the way, you have often said Utd were better managed than other teams. Thats true I suppose but you haven't got the grace to accept that many of Utd's players are excellent.

 

You had an easy route to the final.
One decent side in the group stages...Valencia.
Marseille.They are pure muck.Liverpool murdered them in France a few years back,they are nowhere near the force they were in 2004.
Chelsea...only decent side you faced.
As for Schalke..the less said the better.
Now if that isn't an easy route to the final I don't know what that is.
You may not get so lucky again.

 

So I'm guessing United faced easier opposition on the way to the Premier League title aswell? I think I do remember United facing Scunthorpe, Macclesfield and Accrington Stanley in the last 3 games of the season.

 

It is one thing saying we had an easy route to the final. It is another saying it was hand picked. You really do need to think before opening your mouth.

 

Its the same thing.There is not a chance in hell of United getting to the final if they had played decent opposition like Bayern Munich or Real Madrid.Real Madrid would have given United the same beating they did Spurs.

 

No it is not. Easy Route means a team got lucky and played poor opposition. Hand picked suggests corruption and cheating by Utd and UEFA. Of course you have proof for this or is it again your imagination?

 

Lets not forget, Schalke beat Inter so they can't have been that bad...

Yes most play diff postions, but i believe they play their postions better than suarez does, you liverpool fans are getting over the top by overrating saurez, by not thinking about all the other players which is better.

saurez is a greeat player no doubt, but you ignore everyother great player, either cause they dont play in the premier league or cause you dont like them, its pathetic to be honest.

Nani and Nasri were two of the best players in the league last season. They were both definitely the best two wingers on show last season (yes better than 2 months of form Bale.)

 

Don't react to the WUMs guys, they've obviously got their tinted glasses.

 

I personally don't rate either of them. Nasri is good, but Nani with his pathetic attitude should never be considered a great player. He is selfish with the odd glimpse of genius.

I think people have took this thread out of context. The point was 'current form'. Suarez just collected his 'player of the tournament' award for the copa America and during the last half of the season was the best player in the EPL by a mile, making good defenses look very average.

The fact that people are throwing random names out the bag with no real reason, suggests this has just turned into another biased thread. I was simply throwing a thought out there to see what the general view was.

 

No he wasn't. He was one of the best but wasn't THE best by a country mile like you're stating. I'd say Rooney and Hernandez were at least equal in form in the last few months of the season. (Yes Rooney was very good at the end of the season, after he scored the wondergoal at City he was fantastic.)
