Just spotted that Arsenal have dropped to fourth

This really should be their year. Man City have had injury problems. Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool are ****. That leaves Spurs out of the regular top six plus the unfashionable Leicester. They won't get a better chance. Yet again, Wenger's refusal to buy a quality player or two in January is going to hurt them.

Truly hope Leicester go on to win it now

 

Arsenal need a striker. Giroud in form is good but after that he's no better than Benteke.

what more does giroud need to do to prove his worth? in his last 4 seasons he's scored 20 goals a season on average in all comps.

not bad for a 12m striker.....he's served them very well imo, very underrated

 

I think Giroud is a great striker but that doesn't really alter the point being made; Arsenal need another striker because Giroud can't do it for a full season on his own.

 

Looks like Sunderland were all over City and deserved something there

 

Top 4 is confirmed, just yet to see what order. Tottenham for the title maybe? I hope for Leicester's sake they come in the top 3, or they might not actually get in the competition

United were very good last night. Tony Martial is already a very good player and he has the potential to be immense. Mata played very well, which was no surprise as he was at 10 instead of stuck out on the wing. As I've been saying all season, we have a decent squad, the problem is with the management.

Always nice to see a youth team player come through the ranks and look the part in the first team. Happy 19th CBJ.

We had less possession than Stoke but battered them. Last night's performance had nothing to do with the Philosophy.

We've gifted away too many silly points to finish top 4 but, assuming LVG is sacked in the summer, Mourinho will have a good foundation to build on next season.

 

Do you really want Mourinho though? Would never want him at Liverpool, the bloke is toxic to the club he manages and you know he will disappear after a couple year.
There are better choices out there imo.

 

I'm on record as saying I don't want him for the reasons you outlined. I think it's inevitable though. He's clearly desperate for the job as well.

 

well its only for 3 years anyway i suppose and it will get you away from the giggs stuff.. you need shot of woodward though. i think he doens't really know the scope of the game and the size of the task he's got.

difference is they were actually going through a bad time off the pitch which was showing on it, we just have terrible players all over.
