Hi all fellow Saints fans, I'm new to this not606 forum, so bare with me... Just a quick question really, I renewed my season ticket a couple of weeks ago, and its not arrived in the post yet. I'm just wondering, is anyone else still waiting for theirs to arrive in the post?
If you done the 50% payment plan, then these havnt all been sent out yet. I collected mine on Saturday mate. Id wait till Friday or call em and they will tell you if its been sent yet.
How did you renew? I renewed mine online, and for whatever the reason the option to have it posted was not available. I had to pick it up in person (which I'll finally get around to do sometime this week!).
I paid out in full. I'm going to get a ticket for the WBA friendly tomorrow, so can always ask them then.
I bought a first time one; it arrived last week and was wrong. I have sent it back and also had the correct ones back already. Give them a call.
Mmmmm, tad strange then. My mate got his a while ago now in the post :S Dont panic tho, because if they have sent it and you dont have it they happily produce a new one. I never recieved my memorial cup tickets and they were more than happy to reprint, even tho there was no proof i hadnt passed them on etc. COYRs!!!!!
I did my renewal online and there was no other option available other than to collect. I have since phoned the ticket office and asked for them to post it, which they are in the process of doing apparently. I was told some garbled tale about how they didn't give the option of posting it, as some renewals would have crossed the shifted boundaries re concession age changes and so proof of age would be required in some cases. I'd lost the will to live by this point so I said thanks and goodbye. I'm expecting my ticket to arrive at the end of the week.
Relax chaps - mine hasn't arrived yet either, so a mate rang up to enquire. He was told that many have NOT been dispatched yet as they are doing a gradual post, but the majority should be 'in the system' by the end of this week.
I contacted the ticket office and they said my tickets are due to be printed in the next couple of days. If I haven't recieved them three days before the Leeds match, I got to contact them again.
