    That's perhaps the one glimmer of hope Weighty,I would really like to see us get to the stage of developing more of our own players again.

    Totally agree with that......we do have a few exciting prospects ...fingers crossed they will keep progressing.

    I take on board and agree with most comments. We are now seriously thin on talent and reserves of any note.
    I find it strange that we keep on shipping out some players that have shown glimpses of talent like Henshall. Only been with us 5 minutes....I and others liked his early contributions, added something different, then pooooof, cloud of smoke, no encouragement, what was it 4 matches game time, out the revolving door. One has to ask too why Jonny Parr fell away after such a promising 1st season.

    I remain slightly incredulous that we are still thinking about a play-off place!

    However, I will try to be my ever optimistic self, and go for 1st goal for us tonight and end up a hard fought 2-1. My head says otherwise....!

    In recent history I believe that after a disappointing/quiet transfer DDay just when some begin to throw in the towel(again) we have gone on a decent run.......lets hope it proves that way again....<cheers>
