We've increased our bid. It's now £24 million cash up front with add ons. The Stoke 'bid' was in instalments over a couple of years. Apparently we are willing to go up to £30 million cash. This one is the real deal.
Hello baggie - question for you, is it true what the Secret Footballer said? Basically that Peace is keen to sell the club (hence needs Berahino as both goals and as an asset in the Summer), and that he does not get on with Pulis and wants him out in the Summer regardless? What he also suggested was that Peace would not give Pulis money, as he feels Pulis would spend it on players where he has a shared interest in the agent.
I think Spurs know that Berahino won't go, so not worth bidding. They might as well wait to the Summer and fight it out at nearer £15m.
West Brom will lose a fortune if they don't sell today. He'll have a year left on his contract by then I think?

I've just heard by someone totally ITK that this is actually happening, we went back with an improved big of 24-25 mio and they accepted. You heard it here first.
PULIS NOT AT WBA West Brom manager Tony Pulis did not take training today and will not be holding the pre-match media conference as he is away on "footballing matters". Assistant manager David Kemp will take today's press conference and will undoubtedly have to field questions regarding Saido Berahino’s future. He left training early this morning but sources at the club insist it's because of a knock he picked up at the weekend and has nothing to do with a transfer. Sky sources understand West Brom are not interested in selling the player.
Technically we've heard about Berahino from around 1,352 sources so far, so we heard it HERE 1,353rd..... I will be astonished if this happens. Doumbia, Berahino, Saivet, Shelvey, Townsend plus possibly a left back (Gibbs?). That would be potentially our finest transfer window since Ginola and company turned up.

I think its funny that there have been reports that we have upped our bid, then Berahino leaves training early, its all a bit coincidental! I'd love to see it happen, I think WBA are in the game of not wanting people to know, if they are seeking a replacement then any knowledge of them having £24m in the bank seriously affects negotiations when trying to agree a fee with a selling club!
Nah, Gibbs is not going anywhere. It's basically Beharino or just Doumbia. I don't actually see it happening but this person who talk me is certain and they're not someone to talk nonsense at all. Anyway, if we don't hear anything by 3 I'm pretty sure thats it.

It could just as well be spurs..with that loan deal earlier..spurs usually think they're bullies only to end up being bullied right at the end. I'm pretty sure NUFC is withholding the Doumbia signing in order than if they can't get anyone over the line they can at least present Doumbia as a signing to us fans.
