Peace is playing hard ball to get as much as he can screw out of the deal, his stance that Berahino is not for sale is a play I think as he knows full well that if the lad stays at West Brom his value isn't going to increase any further and if anything is going to drop after this especially if he continues to be outside Pulis's plans.

It's horrible being on the end of people like Peace - bit like Levy. But then we've done the same over the years, it's necessary and when Spurs and Stoke want him too it, sadly, makes sense. Like with Townsend, we need Mike to get on the blower!!
