The ref was crap, once WH realised he was not going to get cards out they just fouled to break up every attack. Will he be the ref for the replay?
Another game isn't ideal but since most expected us to get battered BEFORE the line up was announced, it's not a bad result really. A few positives and negatives in a very mweh type game.
Meh, could have maybe got a result if we had anyone up top instead of Benteke but plenty of players didn't show up tonight. Ibe was woeful too. Klopp should at least have had some of the 'better' seniors on the bench
It won't change overnight FFS Give Klopp a couple of transfer windows and then make some assumptions. The whole atmosphere around the club has improved 10 fold since Klopp has been in. He needs his players and we're quids in.
and playing a top half prem team o they'd very little time on ball. you have to say they out fought them in the end. yes got lucky but the guys like stewart and smith and brannigan shouldn't even be close to a pitch like this yet they proved themselves. well done i say. Teix did well he showed he could play with this lot.. he's not there physically but he's done well on it.

Benteke was so ****ing useless again. He cost us the game too by not passing to Tex for an open goal. Can't wait till he doesn't play for us.
