You're no fan!! I read this on a daily and sometimes make a comment, where are the days when we actually got behind the team we actually support!? So many are so quick to criticise!! We're playing a team that's nowhere near our first team and we're holding (arguably the better side) against a team that's done the double over us this season... Furthermore we're also the first to criticise when we don't give youth a chance.. Be a fan and f***ing SUPPORT

It's been a scrappy game really and neither side holding the ball too well. Brannagan and Stewart have looked solid imo and have had some good moments - but due to inexperience they're obviously going to have moments of oh ****. Tex has faded after a few bright passes early on. Benteke, Ibe and Clyne have been really poor so far and, as senior players (I count Ibe given the others in the starting XI) they should be doing far more.
Inexperience is worse than young. After all, age is just a number. Or are you saying we are playing a strong team that should battering West Ham from pillar to post?

Despite what Binomial, who I am beginning to suspect is a wum, thinks I have been pleasantly surprised by the way we have played in the first half. As WH have beaten the best team we could put out very easily twice this year I expected us to lose this one even with a strong team. When I saw the team we had put out I thought it could get embarrassing, but they have done alright. Brannigan has impressed with his crosses and I think Smith releases the ball a lot earlier than Moreneo who always takes to many touches and carries the ball to far. Benteke needs to make a move into the box earlier, he waits on the 18 yard box to long. He needs to anticipate more. Anyway onwards and upwards for the 2nd half
B team? So Mignolet, Allen, Ibe, Lovren and the £32m striker aren't first team players? You weren't the better side either. It was very even, a scrappy half with nothing in it.
