    Facts and Stats

Bury is the capital of the Black Pudding World.
    I like Black Pudding.
Robert Peel who invented the Police was born there.
Bury has a World Famous Market. Really.
Bury has produced better players than we ever have. Terry McDermott, Alec Lindsay, Lee Dixon, Big Nev, Colin Bell. Luckily they arent playing today.
    Elbow are from Bury.
    Helen Flanagan is from Bury

Bury have a historic FA Cup match Fact.

    Jak
    Odubajo Dawson Bruce Tymon
    Elmo Hayden Huddlestone Taylor
    AKpom Luer

Thats what I'd go for anyway. Hopefully we see Tymon at some point. May be a tricky game, Bury did well last round. Mellis was going to be a star but lost his way as so many bright prospects do. This was a typical City match years ago. Not now, not since Steve Bruce took over.
Could be a scrappy 1-0 this. But i'll go for 2-0.

Why do people go all out for the FA Cup in the media? I'm disappointed to see Chazz jumping on that bandwagon.

    Anyhoo.

Should be a regulation 0-4 for us but they're ****, we're not, so I'm going 0-6. I expect a rousing chorus of "Mauled by the Targers" too.

Tymon to get a debut goal too, thus adding to the magic of the cup.

They are the only team to have played in more than one FA Cup final and to have won every one.

Their FA cup final record is rather impressive.

    Played 2
    Won 2
    Goals for 10
    Goals Against 0

Responsible for that great Edwardian chant, "You've just been buried by the Bury, Buried by the Bury, You've just been buried by the Bury.

Accompanied by camp gravedigger hand gestures.

These days they only do it ironically.

And other teams' fans don't realise this.

And they think that they're a bit gay.

    But they don't get it.

    Sweet really.

Piss off we are not Mancs. Most don't realise that greater Manchester is actually only an administrative county and the old borders are still correct. We are proud of our Lancastrian heritage and Bury was the home of the Lancashire fusiliers Lee Rigby regiment. I wouldn't piss on a manc if he was on fire.

I like black pudding too Chazzster. It helps keep my waist size down.

That's why birds like Helen Flanagan are always interested in a bit of Bobage.

Any win will do, expect a tough game particularly if the wind blows. Important that we continue the win run and keep the momentum going.

Is that the Elton Reservoir in the back ground of the picture, if so might go there for my hols?.

5 nowt we're gonna win this. Bury players will be distracted by the ongoing pseudo supporter dissatisfaction around ticket allocation.

There are true Bury supporters out there who never miss a 4th round tie or a free game, although they don't bother with league games, that can't get a ticket.

It's gonna have a big affect on the players without all those regular Cup, free & big game specialists missing from the crowd.

    A stroll.
