POLARBROOK 12.30 can make a bold bid tomorrow has solid form in the book and must go very close. Decent EW play around 8s.

As an Oxford United fan I'm on this 7-1 accumulator. Serena, Arsenal, Oxford, Chelsea, Rangers, Real Madrid.

Cheltenham must pass a 10.00 AM inspection after 15mm of rain overnight. Simon Claisse says it is "50-50" as to whether racing goes ahead.

Any chance they might put it back 24 hours?

Been no rain in Cheltenham since about 5am and none forecast so would have to be hopeful it's on. Hope it's not put back, I'm off on holiday tomorrow and don't want to miss out on the action.

Morning all cracking card at HQ, the Cleeve hurdle is gonna be a race to savour. You know I'm a big thistlecrack fan but can't back it at that price and I've given my views on camping ground, but the one that jumps out as a betting proposal is the young master. I'm gonna do these three in a combination tricast which is always a good bet at HQ . In the big chase I'm going against djakadam with many clouds, I know many will think I'm mad but it's gonna be a slog and he won this last year, he's also beaten djakadam in the past but the youngster should improve if he's to win the gold cup.
    Cheers.

Morning all. Cheltenham on but very soggy! They'll be finishing very tired up that hill and could leave their festival performance behind.
Harry Whittington's Arzal interests me at Donny 1.00 pm to outrun his current odds against the well touted Mullins and Henderson entries. Arzal routed the oppo at Newbury from the front and then ran well enough over Xmas at Kempton going the wrong way round. No such excuse today and I fancy him to go close. Good luck all.

I've done it ..... 3-1 with Billy Hill

Ive also found it hard to desert my favourite anagram, Wakanda so took 20-1 ew. He is surely flying too high here, but he has surprised me in all his last four runs. .. and just might again!

With the exception of Ziga Boy at 10-1, I'm on all the shorties, with Shantou getting the briefest of nods over Yanworth.

    Be lucky <ok>

Up For Review at 2/1 (Boyles) is simply too big to not back at Donny in the 2.40. Barters Hill is keeping him honest. Should be a cracking race but 2/1 is very kind to my eye for the Irish and British champion trainer.

Hopefully he backed it but surely he can't have turned a profit or at least not much of one if he's backed against Serena every round. Unless of course he tells us he put more than his usual stake on the final and it just so happens it's the one that comes in!
