I've watched him lately and really hoping his performances for Lorient, have been due to his head being turned. We have all seen the videos of him on you tube now, where he likes to bring the ball out of defence. What it doesn't show you is that he also gets caught out trying to bring the ball out of defence, and if that happens over here, you can bet your bottom dollar it's going to end up in the back of the net. I'm not convinced he's better than what we have.

That Gassama doesn't help him mind mate, he's a ****ing tool of a player, often leaves Kone with two men to defend against.

Last weekend against Nice, Gassama just sort of stopped, as if he'd smelled a nice pie on some window ledge or something, Kone went to the ball and left a huge space for Nice to get into and score.

Good in the air mind, and handy at set pieces... bit of a bully. Probably less injury prone than your lot too!

Didn't someone say Sam had been following him for some time?

We just have to trust his judgement and hope these guy's come good. We're running out of games.

Totally non-related, @Typical_Wazza did you watch the match last night?

Fergie was in the crowd. He just can't stay away from the game, even City games!!

I watched about 65 minutes mate, then went to bed, couldn't be arsed watching it to be honest.

Hopefully he was there to watch Barkley. Probably not though, knowing the city scabs they were probably handing out free tickets for their game last night. I seen Aguero begging the fans to come earlier in the day.
