What with NW saying he is not coming here,then only two stand out for me in the names mentioned. I am hoping SL says i want a guy to take us up a level,yes we have to pay for him,yes i am prepaired for that. Bring in Dack,Smith and Pearson as manager, i will be purring like a kitten.
Unpleasable not sure about that,i just think a few quid now would reap dividends in this big fancy stadium SL is building. We need the attraction of a quality manager and team looking like we mean business. Then we can dream of getting 22000 plus into Ashton Gate. Im sure SL knows this.
You don't seem to understand that this a chicken and egg process now. at the current moment in time we are NOT an 'attraction' and despite your 'wanting' all the quality available out there, they simply won't come at the moment. throwing money at everything all the time is your answer to everything and its not even your money! its seems just like yesterday SL was being slated for panic buying journeymen players with no heart for the club on extortionate wages to keep us in the championship last time. He said never again, and we all said good, now all the screamers want the same to happen again. And what happened last time, you got your dream **** off manager and we got relegated without so much as a whimper.. so much for your wet dreams! What we can agree on is the opportunity was missed pre season when we had built some momentum to improve the squad. That was a large error and we are now paying the price, but a man of your age should understand 'wanting' is not the same as 'getting' in this big bad world.
