In all honesty if the tags were named instead of anonymous then that would solve the problem of some of the genuinely racists idiots and also allow those who think they are funny to take proper credit for them.

Mick can see who did the tags, so if anyone finds them offensive they can report it to Mick (Syd as well I think). Personally, I would only remove the obviously offensive eg "die paki die". Something like "er felches negroes" doesn't necessarily have to go.
