    As does your embarrassing posts.

    It kills me just laughing at them.

    Also I do athletics training 4 times a week at least in order to keep up my speed and shape.

    Speed is important for a lot of things in sport especially football.

    Whether it is to beat a man, to be first to get to the ball, to keep up with the pace of the passing, to run down the flanks in order to gt intot he right position quickly thus putting in the right ball and for a goalkeeping rushing out requires pace an agility as well.

    They are just some examples
