What he actually meant was "Mr Levy, please can I have my under 19 coaching job back cos every one has rumbled that I am a ****ing awful first team coach with no man management skills. I also piss everyone off by chatting **** so I really need that job."
To lull everyone one else into a false sense of security? To keep the league interesting? Cos we like you ****ers singing "have ever seen tottenham win the league?"
Accurate song though for people born after the early sixties, although I remember seeing them at Fulham on Johnny Haynes last game ( homage) they were awesome then, **** now though!
Jenkinson has a 'significant' injury to his knee, sustained in the 2-2 draw with Man City http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/35412446
Liverpool v Stoke tonight in the 2nd leg of the Capital One cup Liverpool lead 1-0 from the first leg and are in pole position to get to the final, they are also coming off the back of a dramatic win at the weekend, whilst Stoke are coming into this on the back of a heavy defeat. Big chance for Liverpool to get to a Wembley final.
It would be a good achievement for Klopp to win a cup on his debut season. I like the guy and hope he does it.
Likewise Also because it will piss the Mancs and Spuds off. I'd much rather see Klopp win the cup than Mark Hughes.
Anyone watching City vs Everton? Cracking game. 1-1 at the Etihad, Everton leading 3-2 on aggregate and looking lethal on the counter, City really having to go for it. Aguero just hit the post Poised to be an excellent match.
For all the possession and the huffing and puffing that City have done, Everton have created the better openings. Deleoufeu could have killed the game off there and then, but opened his body up for the shot way too early.
