Pelle has been struggling with injuries for some time, so I don't think we have seen the best of him recently.
Is he available again and fully fit now, though? Physioroom now has our only injured players as Florin and Gaston (no longer our concern). Does that mean Jay is also back - and if not, any idea when he'll be back? Haven't seen or heard that he's training or anything.
Lets hope you are correct? The return of a fit Jay again would feel almost like a new player in this transfer window. He certainly deserves a good finish to the season?
Have read so much since the last game, so sorry I have no idea. Better to wait till we see him in training.
Does Rodriguez even get in the squad? We have Austin, Mane, Pelle, and Long. Rodriguez at this point is quite possibly below all of them in the pecking order.
Well of course he is because they're all fit and playing (assuming Pelle fit) Still room for Jayrod on the bench and then he can apply pressure to keep the others on their toes.
Assuming we keep pelle we will have quite a strike force. Pelle, Austin, long, Rodriguez. Just need to keep mane!
"So Charlie, Charlie, Score for me " It's got be, surely? "When the points are low And the team are poor And the moon is the only light we'll see No I won't be afraid, oh I won't be afraid As long as you score for me So Charlie, Charlie, score for me Oh score, score for me Score for me"

Another second coming! I'm delighted to read this. Unlike some on here, I've been a fan from day one. If we can get this bloke back it would be amazing. Can reunite with one-goal Charlie up front. Between them they'll get two goals a season.
I know Jay's injuries are different....though perhaps not unrelated as an injury often follows a long lay off...but must prey on his mind. There's a mental side to recovery as well as the physical side. Let's hope he is as laid back as he looks.
http://www.shoot.co.uk/austin-can-lead-southampton-back-into-the-europa-league/ Nice article from Shoot discussing what Austin brings to Saints.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/brian-reade-column-charlie-austins-7257301 Article from the Mirror asking why big clubs don't look for players in this country....noting that players from abroad may not work out in this country. Austin is used as an example of a proven goalscorer overlooked by the bigger clubs.
Putting your alternative lyrics to one side for a moment (which could be confused as an ode to cocaine). I think this would be a great song for a crowd. It's not too challenging to sing and everyone knows the words and the lyrics are relatable to being a football supporter.
