This thread is just the lone Chelsea fan's way of saying

    'Woohooo, I'm still here'

I'm glad he does this now and again because I've actually forgotten Chelsea ever existed.

It seems Leicester are being used a fuel for inter London rivalry points scoring on here a lot. Thanks for the attention guys!!
The article itself really means nothing as Spurs are still better equipped to finish top 4 or even mount a title challenge than us. We'll just enjoy the fact we are still up there defying everyone

I know what you're doing HAIG! I'm not sure as Arsenal seem to always just do it, like finishing in the top four every year. I like that Spurs blood English youngsters so would like them too. Hell still better Spurs or Arsenal than either Manc side, Chelsea or Liverpool!

Enjoy it whilst it lasts, it'll be the only time Spurs players get to play football together in Barcelona

No danger of that when you're not even in the competition .

I do John .. it's twice ... and I look at it this way ... that's twice we have failed .. but two failures is not such a bad thing ... some teams seem to fail in Europe annually .. which must be soul destroying ... we must at this point, I feel, give respect to Fulham and Middlesbro' who both reached a final, which must be great and transcends the concept of abject failure IMHO - unfortunately, not so those annual 'failees' ... will they ever learn? <whistle>

Spurs have won three European trophies. Leicester have won zero European games.
Or to put it another way, Spurs have won more European games this season than Leicester have in their entire history.

Come to think of it, Spurs have won more European games against any opponent that they've faced this season than Leicester have ever.
We beat Anderlecht, Monaco and Carrier Bag at least once each.

Spurs have won more European games than Leicester in the Premier League era. Virtually anyone who has qualified has.
    Bolton have, FFS.

hmm I was questioning trophies won in the premiership era ... I take it that is none? ... haven't Arsenal and Chelsea won the Europey during that time?

... let's try it another way then ... how many games have Spurs lost in Europe during the Premiership era? ... I bet it's more than Leicester <laugh>

I'm sure that we've lost more than Accrington Stanley, too. They've won as many as Leicester, though.

What, Leicester and Accrington Stanley? Yep. European giants.

Don't you find it a little embarrassing to be comparing your abject failure in that arena to teams that have actually done well?
Other Midlands sides have a rich European history. Why have you been so ****?

... I find it wryly amusing that you Spuds have taken such umbrage to a thread that merely points out, factually, that little Leicester City have spent longer at the summit of the Prem in one season than the Spuds have in the league's entire history - so much so that you despearely try and deflect from this by citing your 'illustrious' European history ... only problem being that it predates the duration of the Premiership - which was the key facet of the thread - absolutely hilarious ... embarrassing??? hardly does it justice ..#ClutchingAtHaystacks <laugh>
