That's an outrageous thing to say, Luvvy! Yes, I would probably be cock-a-hoop for a few days, but I'd treat all my fellow posters with dignity, and I'd always respect their feelings. Would I use a Spurs title win as a platform to pontificate and espouse my theories on how and why we did it to the better education of other posters (particularly Mousers and Gooners)? I'd like to think not. My wumming days are a long way behind me, now.
When I started this thread, back at the beginning of December, I knew that I would have to run the derision of the usual suspects, and other assorted poor wumsters. However, perhaps those who laughed will pause for a while, and contemplate the possibility that there was a serious point behind this thread. With that in mind, I wonder if we can start the debate again, and with a little bit more respect from some quarters?

That's the point, they are. They're having a superb season, the stand out team this year. By beating City today they have really laid down their intentions to win this thing. Who would have thought we'd be saying that Leicester are 5 points clear at the top of the premier league in February ?!?!

For now yes. There's still a long way to go. I think it's a marvellous season seeing a team that nobody ever saw in a million years 5 points clear at the top of the league. It really is a fairy tale story and if they can go on to win it, it would be one of the most amazing achievements in football.
